We have included below our most commonly asked questions.  If you would like more clarification or have a question you can't find the answer, please do not hesitate to contact us!
  1. How much do you require down to reserve a date?
    We require $500 down to reserve a date. The remainder can be paid in payments.
  2. Is there an additional deposit for cleaning and damages?
    We do require a $500 refundable deposit 1 week prior to your event. It is returned to you with in 30 days after your event. Any damages and/or cleaning fee's will be taken out before returned if applicable.
  3. Do you accept payments?
    Yes, we do offer payment plans. After your deposit is made, we can schedule a monthly payment plan for you. In most cases, the final payment is due 30 days prior to your event.
  4. What are your food and alcohol policies?
    Food Policy- We have an open catering policy. You can choose from our preferred caterers, or bring in your own food/caterer. Alcohol Policy - We have an open alcohol policy. You are welcome to bring your own alcohol, find a licensed caterer or choose from one of our preferred caterers. Please contact us for more information regarding food and alcohol.
  5. Is Security Required?
    If alcohol is being served, security is required for all events over 80 guests. For more information on security and how many officers are required, please inquire.

  1. Are tables and chairs included in rental?
    Yes, tables and chairs are always included at Park Hall. We have a large variety of tables. We have 6 foot, 8 foot, 60" Round, 32" High Boys and 4" foot tables. For current quantities or layout assistance, please inquire. We have up to 200 chairs available.
  2. Do you rent linens?
    We do. Some of our packages include linens and others you can add them on if you wish. Our in house colors are black, ivory, charcoal and navy. In addition, we can order in any color you wish for an additional charge.
  3. Do you have a kitchen?
    At Park Hall we have two kitchens. We have one catering kitchen with a 3 bay sink, dish soap, large hot box to hold food, freezer, salad holder fridge, Standard Freezer/Fridge, 3 Ovens. The other is a serving kitchen. It contains 1 oven, 1 standard freezer/fridge, a 3 bay sink and 2 Steam Tables (3 large tray capacity each).
  4. Do you accept credit/debit cards?
    We do accept credit and debit cards at Park Hall. We use an online invoice system in which you can easily make payments. We also accept credit and debit card payments at the venue. Any payments made over the phone will be charged a 2 percent administrative fee.
  5. Do you allow events other than weddings/receptions?
    Of course we do! We welcome events of all types. Anniversaries, Birthdays, Showers, Rehearsal Dinners, Dances, Band Performances, Celebration of Life Events, or whatever your heart desires.
